මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන ජේ.ආර්.ටත් එහා ගිය තීන්දුවක: හැබැයි නිවේදනයේ කර්තෘ අඥාතයි
මෙම ප්‍රවෘත්තියේ විශේෂ ලක්ෂණය වන්නේ මෙම නිවේදනය නිකුත් කළ නියමිත පුද්ගලයකු නැති වීමයි. හෙද නිලධාරීන් සේවය හැර ගියා සේ සලකන බව පවසන්නේ සෞඛ්‍ය ඇමති මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන ද? නැතිනම් සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යංශයේ ලේකම් අතුල කහඳ ලියනගේ ද නැතිනම්, අද දින සියලූම හෙද කාර්ය මණ්ඩල නිවාඩු අවංලගු කිරීමට තීරණය කළ බව කලින් නිවේදනය කළ සෞඛ්‍ය සේවා අධ්‍යක්ෂ ජනරාල් වෛද්‍ය අජිත් මෙන්ඩිස් ද? නිවේදනයේ කර්තෘ අඥාත ය.
රජයේ හෙද නිලධාරීන්ගේ සංගමය වනාහි අද වන විට හෙද සේවයේ වඩාත් ම සක්‍රිය සංවිධානයයි. එහෙත්, තවමත් වැඩි ම සාමාජිකත්වයක් ඇත්තේ මුරුත්තෙට්ටුවේ ආනන්ද හිමියන් නායකත්වය දෙන රාජ්‍ය සේවා එක්සත් හෙද සංගමයටයි. දැනට කලක සිට ම ආනන්ද හිමි ආණ්ඩුවට කඩේ යමින් හොරිකඩකම්වල යෙදෙමින් සිටියි. හෙද සේවයේ වෘත්තීය සමිති බලය සඳහා මෙම සංගම් දෙක අතර තියුණු තරගයක් තිබෙන අතර හෙද ඉල්ලීම් නො තකා හරිමින් දිගින් දිගට ම ආණ්ඩුවට කඩේ යාමේ ආනන්ද ප්‍රතිපත්තිය තරගකාරී අනෙක් සමිතිවලට වාසියක් වී ඇත.
රජයේ හෙද නිලධාරීන්ගේ සංගමයේ සභාපති හා සෞඛ්‍ය සේවා වෘත්තීය සමිති සන්ධානයේ කැඳවුම්කරු සමන් රත්නප්‍රිය නිවේදනයක් නිකුත් කරමින් පවසන්නේ හෙද මර්දනයට ප්‍රතිචාර ලෙස නොවැම්බර් 11 සිට අඛන්ඩ, දීප ව්‍යාප්ත වැඩ වර්ජනයක් කැඳවන බවයි.
සෞඛ්‍ය ඇමති මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේනගේ මෙම ක්‍රියාමාර්ගය මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ ආණ්ඩුව විසින් වෘත්තීය සමිති ක්‍රියාමාර්ගයකට එරෙහිව ගනු ලැබූ තද ම ක්‍රියාමාර්ගය වන අතර එය ඇත්ත වශයෙන් ම 1980 මහා වැඩ වර්ජනයේදී රජයේ සේවකයන් දහස් ගණනක් දොට්ට දැමීමට එවකට ජනපති වූ ජේ.ආර්. ජයවර්ධන ගත් ක්‍රියාමාර්ගයටත් එහා ගිය අන්තවාදී තීරණයකි.
කාන්තාවන් බහුතරයක් සේවයේ යෙදී සිටින ක්ෂේත්‍රයක එක් දින සංකේතාත්මක විරෝධතාවක් වන මෙම ලෙඩ නිවාඩු ව්‍යාපාරයට එරෙහිව මෙතරම් දැඩි පියවරක් ගැනීම ඇමති මෛත්‍රීපාලගේ අන්තවාදී අත්තනෝමතික තීරණයක් ද නැතිනම් ආණ්ඩුවේ පොදු තීරණයක් ද යන්න තවම හෙළිදරව් වී නැත.
කෙසේ වෙතත්, මෙවැනි අන්තවාදී තීරණයකට ඉඩ දීම රජය පැත්තෙන් අනුවණ ක්‍රියාවකි. එසේ ම නාගන්නට දුන් සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යංශයෙන් මේ අන්දමේ හිට්ලර් පාට් දමන්නට යන ඇමති මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන සිය දේශපාලන අනාගතයට කර ගන්නේ ද කොඩිවිනයකි.

Nurses are the 2nd level thieves of the floor level health section after doctors. They can claim for OT even without working on holidays as to my knowledge! I still don't know what are their conditions of this strike! But yes! those are also some selfish requests. They are already being paid enough!

ReplyDeleteRemember, we never criticized doctors asking for pay hike. We criticized their demand to increase the salary differences between them and other trades.
We are on a clear leftist stand of appearing for reducing inequalities.
Doctors have a fair right to demand better pay.
We have criticized the public service for not providing the due service to the public who pay taxes. But they are also oppressed by the regime that swindles public money while mismanaging the country. Public servants are also tax payers. They too have right to ask for fair pay.
Author, how can YOU decide whether a certain amount of increment is fair or unfair??

Then how do you justify PABA getting paid Rs 600 000/= per single advertisement she appears??
All of these are to be explained by economics, demand-and supply..
What is more demanding is PABA's appearance in an ad, than doctors or nurses service, so she gets a more payment!
Your leftist standards will never become a reality, nurses might ask for 100 000/= they might get 50000/= if they are successful.
Doctors might ask for 200 000/=, they might get 100 000 if they win..
I think, both parties are fair, by themselves.
Even if a labourer asks 50 000/= and get 30000/=, it is good!
BUT THE QUESTION IS YOU DONT TALK ABOUT GOVERNMENTS HIDDEN MAFIA, ON TRYING TO SUPPRESS ALL TRADE UNIONS.

Whether they get it or not determined by the value of their service..
Doctors asked for a salary increment, they didnt ask to keep laborers salary at the same amount or not to give increments..
If laborers or nurses need even more salaries, say 300 000, they could have asked, but they will get what they deserve..
Now how do you justify millions of earnings or ministers, who have not even completed 8th grade in school?
Or how do you justify Ravindra Randeniya or another popular announcer getting paid 100 000 per single event, by government on government functions. ?
Equality will never be there/ should not be there.. then everyone will become lazy..
People should work hard, achieve skills and earn...

Nursing and medical officer charges are not paid for the relevant people, they are getting a fixed monthly salary.
Nurses wont get the 2000 rupees claimed from patients, medical officers wont get the 2500 rupees claimed from patients.
All of them are company's profit. !
Drugs are much high priced, same drugs could have bought for 1500/= from OSU SALA.
for example, a 30 cent tablet is sold at 5 rupees in a pvt hospital.!
Blood tests are also over priced, same tests would have cost, 3000/= if did as out patient, in patient charges are much high!
Specialist doctor is paid 1500 rupees out of the 38500, which is a very small fraction,
SEE HOW MUCH THEY EXPLOIT FROM THE PATIENTS!
